Refund policy

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to change or cancel that order.

Returns and refunds will not be processed for change of mind or incorrect items being ordered.

Should your order arrive and it contains an incorrectly supplied or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item to arrange an exchange. Requests received outside of this time not be processed. Please include your order number and product details in your email so we can address your matter faster.
