How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is charged at a flat rate as follows:
Standard Shipping - $12.00 (approx. 3 - 7 business days for delivery)
Express Shipping - $18.00 (approx. 1 - 3 business days for delivery)
Free Standard Shipping over $120: Offer only available to valid postal addresses within Australia. The minimum order spend is $120, this is after any further discounts have been applied. The cost of postage or gift cards does not contribute toward the $120 minimum. Not available in conjunction with any other offer.
Orders are sent via Australia Post and include a tracking number. Your order's tracking information and number will be sent to you in your shipment confirmation email and can be tracked via https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track
Bruny Botanica is not responsible for any issues with delivery due to an incorrect address. Please ensure you have nominated the correct delivery address as all additional shipping costs associated with an incorrect delivery are the responsibility of the customer.
What is the return policy?
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to change or cancel that order.
Returns and refunds will not be processed for change of mind or incorrect items being ordered.
Should your order arrive and it contains an incorrectly supplied or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item to arrange an exchange. Requests received outside of this time not be processed.

Where are your products manufactured?
All Bruny Botanica products are handcrafted in small batches in Lunawanna, in Bruny Island's south.
